Gluten-free Guidebook

As I’m sure you know by now, there are tons of gluten-free resources all over the internet. It can be so overwhelming, especially if you had never even heard of gluten before your child was diagnosed (that was me).

This guide is not meant to be comprehensive in nature. It’s simply a little hand-holding to get you started. I wish I would have have a beginner’s guide to help me when my kids were first diagnosed--those first six months were a real doozy! The learning curve was steep.

So think of me as a good friend who knows more than you about gluten-free stuff and wants to help shorten your learning curve. Hi, friend!
